2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Available? For SPX Express, it's mostly linked to purchases on Shopee, which has a COD system. If you're the recipient, you might pay upon receiving the item. If you're the sender, you need to check Shopee's terms and conditions to see if COD is available through the drop-off points.

3. Product Warranty: SPX Express is merely a logistics provider, not the product seller. If there are issues with product quality or it's not as advertised, you must contact the seller directly, not SPX Express. They just deliver the goods, remember?

As I already said, mostly just your ID card or any document that can prove your identity. But sometimes, if it's a small service point or a regular shop, they might only ask for the recipient's name or phone number that matches the system. It's not always fixed, you know. But having your ID card ready won't hurt. Better to be prepared than to look lost when you get there.
